Remote dental monitoring is an innovative technology that’s transforming the way dental and orthodontic care is delivered. Using the ScanBox and powered by advanced AI, you can capture high-quality scans of your teeth and mouth from home, allowing us to track your treatment progress remotely.
Each week, you’ll take scans of your teeth and mouth, which are then sent to your assigned case manager for review. Based on these scans, we can closely monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan to ensure you stay on track.
The ScanBox is a portable device that makes it easy to stay on top of your dental health without needing to visit the dentist as often. This reduces the time and cost of in-office visits while allowing us to closely monitor your progress, ensuring a smoother and faster treatment experience.
How do I start a scan on the dental monitoring app?
Starting a scan on the dental monitoring app is quick and easy. Before you begin, ensure you've positioned your device's camera in front of your teeth.
Once you're set-up, open the app to add your scan. You'll be prompted to select a "start scan" button – simply tap this and the scan box will prompt you and tell you when it needs to be done. When it's done, Bitesoft can review the results.
